HOW WE STORE, USE, SHARE AND DISCLOSE OUR SITE VISITORS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payment:

• Your financial details are stored and managed by the Financial Providers depending on how you made your payment to us. We do not hold any of these financial details. 

• If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

• All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

• PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH OUR SITE VISITORS

We may contact you to notify you regarding your order, to troubleshoot problems with your order, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Wix is accountable for personal data that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party as described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Wix remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party Service Providers process Personal Information on its behalf in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Wix proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

To enable us to offer personalised gifts, we use a company which privide a dropship service direct to our customers. We do not share any financial information with this company, the only personal data they will receive is the name and address of the customer the item is being sent to. 

The company will not retain this data longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Data obtained by the company for order processing will be kept for 120 days for order query, refund and replacement purposes. From there, this data will be archived for VAT purposes.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.​  Wix has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information you share with us, including physical, electronic and procedural measures.
